A few SJPC updates:
The 2009-2010 SJPC Handbook is now online at the St. Joseph Parents' Club Google Group here: http://groups.google.com/
group/st-joseph-parents-club/ files
In the near term, SJPC messaging (email) and members-only files and documents will be managed via the St. Joseph Parents' Club Google Group. By now you should have received an invitation as well as a few messages.
Since the school website is flourishing so nicely, much of the SJPC online activity will be migrated there. Details pending...
The SJPC blog (http://www.stjoespc.com/) will be taken down by the end of June, 2010. That is, unless someone wants to take it over (let me know!).

St. Joseph Parents' Club (SJPC)
This new organization maintains the spirit of the mothers' club, while extending its reach to welcome a broader range of members -- e.g., fathers, aunties, grandparents, guardians (etc.), and other adults who wish to maintain close ties with the St. Joseph School community, to contribute to the volunteerism that supports the school financially and spiritually, and above all, to nurture and enrich the school's most precious resource -- our students.

Mothers’ Club Creed
Keep us O Lord, from self-seeking and pettiness. Let us be generous in thought, in word, and in deed. Help us to be slow to criticize and quick to praise. Grant that we see how the little things create dissension, and that in the big things of life, we are all one. Teach us to use our impulses honestly and kindly. Help us to follow the Golden Rule so that we may truly do unto others as we would have them do unto us.
